My work doesn’t end with styling — there is another purpose that has shaped me just as deeply: my passion for working with our youth. I began volunteering with the Big Brothers & Sisters Program in the spring of 2019, I had no idea how profoundly it would impact my life. What started as a simple act of service became a transformational experience. The program focused on mentorship because kids do better when they have someone in their corner — someone consistent, caring, and committed. But I saw something deeper. Mentorship alone is powerful-combined with etiquette, presence, self‑esteem, posture, and life‑application skills becomes educational . That realization is where Pose Mentorship was born. Where Styling Meets Identity. Where Mentorship Meets Purpose For me, styling has always been more than clothes — it is identity work. It is teaching women how to show up with intention, clarity, and confidence.
It is a mentorship and development course designed to help young girls strengthen their body image, self‑esteem, etiquette, posture, and real‑world life skills. It’s a space where they learn how to show up — not just socially, but emotionally, mentally, and intentionally.Because every girl deserves more than guidance. She deserves a support system. She deserves a blueprint for confidence. She deserves a woman who sees her, believes in her, and teaches her how to believe in herself. A Bridge Between Generations -The Pose Mentorship Project is more than a curriculum; it is a bridge. A bridge between the women who came before us — the ones who carried grace, resilience, and quiet strength — and the young girls rising behind us who need to see what is possible. We honor the women who paved the way for the next generation.
We are now accepting applications for new students. To begin the enrollment process, please complete contact form below about your child, why you believe she would be a good fit for our program, and a photo of your daughter.

- No caps or hats
- No torn or distressed jeans
