At Just Find The Dress, we honor your time, and the sacred nature of every styling experience. To uphold the integrity of our service and ensure scheduling for all, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service fees. We understand that life unfolds unexpectedly. Should an emergency arise, we invite you to communicate with us promptly—exceptions may be granted with timely notice and compassionate review. All appointment changes must be confirmed via phone or email during business hours to ensure proper coordination. This policy reflects our commitment to transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect.
