If you attend  any of the following :Event, Clinic, Workshop & Services Liability Waiver + Media Release By attending any event, clinic, workshop, or service hosted by Just Find The Dress, LLC,  or it's employees etc. -you acknowledge and agree the following  terms:

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during Just Find The Dress events, clinics, workshops, and services. I hereby grant Just Find The Dress, LLC full permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and promotional materials for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and any other business-related purposes. I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these materials. Unless a written contract is in place and a fee has been formally agreed upon and documented, no compensation, special arrangements, or exceptions will be provided. 

I acknowledge that my participation in any Just Find The Dress event, clinic, workshop, or service is completely voluntary. I assume full responsibility for my participation and any associated activities.

I release and hold harmless Just Find The Dress, LLC, its owners and staff  from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising from:

• Personal injury
• Accidents
• Property damage
• Allergic reactions
• Sensitivities to makeup, skincare, fragrances, or any products used or provided
• Reactions to chemicals, tools, or materials used during styling, demonstrations, or hands‑on activities

I understand that Just Find The Dress, LLC or Talitha Hicks  is not responsible for any pre‑existing conditions, unknown allergies, or reactions that may occur.

I understand that results from styling, skincare discussions, demonstrations, or product recommendations may vary. Just Find The Dress, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes.

As a Referral Partner, Just Find The Dress, LLC agrees to refer clients only under a mutually approved Referral Partnership Agreement. No referral fees, commissions, or obligations will apply unless a written contract has been signed and a fee has been clearly agreed upon by both parties.

By attending or participating in any Just Find The Dress event, clinic, workshop, or service, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated in this waiver.
