We understand that schedules change. We respectfully ask for as much notice as possible so we may offer 

your time to another client in need of services.  In-Office Styling  Consultation or Shopping Appointments Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No charge. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A cancellation fee of $35–$65 (depending on service type) will be applied to the card on file. • No-shows (no call, no cancellation): Full service fee will be charged, or a $50 no-show fee — whichever is lesser. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: No charge. • Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance: A $35 cancellation/preparation fee will be applied. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A fee of–$85.00  will be charged to cover travel, styling service , and reserved staff time. • No-shows or on-site refusals.
